We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges vary based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping Offers:

  • We provide free shipping on orders above ₹1000 within India. Terms may apply depending on location.

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST on Friday or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Other Urban Areas: 4-7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or regional restrictions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Order Modifications

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items; however, if your package arrives damaged or if your order is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
